Marsia Ronyak is a Teach Plus Colorado Teaching Policy Fellow. Marsia teaches kindergarten at Independence Elementary in Aurora, Colorado, where she is a member of the restorative justice committee. She has served as a facilitator of the school’s response to intervention team and as a member of the full day kindergarten task force for the Cherry Creek School District. She is a National Board Certified teacher, with a certificate as an Early Childhood Generalist, and she is a candidate support provider for teachers currently working toward National Board Certification.
