Charntae Matkins is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and 3-4 grade English language arts teacher in the School District of the City of York in York, Pennsylvania. She serves on the instructional leadership team. Charntae previously worked as a parent educator and taught preK and grades 1-5 at a private school in Maryland. She earned a BS in liberal arts with a concentration in elementary education from Coppin State University and MSEd in special education from Capella University.
