Max Glenn is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Indiana Innovations Teacher Collaborative teacher leader and a Special Education Teacher providing inclusion instruction at Cold Spring School. Max serves on the school’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and is a standing member of the Multi-Tier Systems of Support team where he provides insight into tier 2 and 3 interventions. Max previously taught at KIPP Indy, has been a Community Site Coordinator at Kenneth Clement Boys Leadership Academy, and a professional theatre teaching artist for the Cleveland Play House who helped pilot their Compassionate Arts Remaking Education (CARE) program, using theatre as a trauma informed pedagogy to cultivate social emotional learning and literacy. He graduated from Truman State University with a BA in Theatre, earned an MA in Theatre History, Literature, and Criticism at The Ohio State University, and received his MAE in Special Education from Marian University.
