Leslie McClintock is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Chicago Change Agent. She is the primary instructional coach, multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) lead, and the reading interventionist for students in kindergarten-3rd grade at Chalmers School of Excellence. She is a member of the senior leadership team as well as the instructional leadership team (ILT). Prior to working at Chalmers, she taught both kindergarten and first grade at Bradwell School of Excellence for four years. While at Bradwell, she was a member of the ILT. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in elementary education and received her MEd in urban education from National Louis University.
