Jennifer McElwain is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow who co-teaches English at Mifflin County School District in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. She is an advisor for her school’s Key Club. Jennifer previously taught in Life Skills and multiple disability classrooms. She earned a BS in special education and MEd in curriculum and instruction from The Pennsylvania State University.
