Jamie Miller is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Colorado Policy Fellow. She is a kindergarten through 3rd grade literacy interventionist, preK through 6th grade data specialist, and school assessment coordinator at Jefferson Academy Elementary in Broomfield, Colorado. She teaches reading and comprehension skills to students identified as struggling readers. Jamie previously served as a kindergarten team lead and was a member of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports and Instructional Leadership committees. She earned a BS in exercise physiology with a minor in psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University and obtained her alternative teaching license at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
