Ashton J. Minor is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and secondary special education math interventionist at Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He serves as an Education & Creative Transformation Coach with Multiplying Authentic Joy Leadership Coaching. Ashton previously founded the Jacob’s Puzzle Foundation in 2022 to support Black and brown students with varying exceptionalities. He earned a BA in Asian studies from St. John’s University in Queens, New York, and MEd in special education from Howard University.
