Kassondra Musick is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow and a 6th-8th grade math teacher and instructional coach at Northview Middle School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was team lead for six years and PLC leader for the last two years on her campus. She focuses on teaching English learners and special education students, and will assist teachers in her school on improving teaching strategies and using best practices in the classroom. Kassondra began her teaching career in Fort Wayne and has since taught subjects ranging from 2nd grade general education to 10th grade honors geometry. She recently completed the Indiana Principal’s Leadership Program. Kassondra earned her BA in elementary education from Ball State University with concentrations in Spanish language and psychology of human development. She is currently in graduate school for her MEd in educational leadership in administration at Indiana University.
