Natalie Hines is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Teaching Policy Fellow. Natalie teaches 4th and 5th grade at Rousseau McClellan, a Montessori Magnet school within the Indianapolis Public School system, where she also coaches Girls on the Run and leads a 4-H club. She currently serves as a teacher leader in the district supporting teachers and providing professional development. As a Dream Team member with LearnZillion, Natalie created and contributed content for their video lesson library. She previously taught kindergarten through 8th grade in Zionsville, Indianapolis, and Honolulu. She graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Special Education and earned an MA in Applied Linguistics from Griffith University in Queensland, Australia.
