Natalie Khalatov-Krimnus

Natalie is a high school special education teacher in a sub-separate classroom at Revere High School in Revere, MA. She became a teacher in hopes of having a more direct impact on the achievement gap. Previously, Natalie worked as a disability attorney and as a legislative assistant for a member of Congress. She was a 2012 Teach for America Corps Member at Revere High School, and is certified in Mild to Moderate Disabilities 5-12, as well as Secondary English and History. Last year Natalie served as a member of her school’s School-wide Improvement Team, and helped facilitate professional development around Revere High School’s school-wide flipped-learning initiative. She also served as an attorney-coach for Revere’s new Mock Trial Team. Natalie earned her B.A. from Binghamton University, her J.D. from Hofstra University, and her M.Ed. from Boston University.
