Natan Kotlyar is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Commonwealth Senior Policy Fellow. Natan is a 2nd grade teacher at Lyons Elementary in Randolph, Massachusetts where he has been teaching for 11 years. He is a member of the instructional leadership team, leading teachers on planning and implementing new positive behavior interventions and supports. Natan earned a BA in Elementary Education from Plymouth State University and an MEd in Teaching Students with Moderate Disabilities K-8 from Curry College. Natan just completed a CAGS degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Boston University with a Principal K-8 Certification.
