Madeline Nees is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow, and Sheltered English Immersion and honors math teacher at Revere High School in Revere, Massachusetts. She supports language development in math classrooms across grade levels. Madeline has been a member of her district’s Deeper Learning Team, is co-advisor for the Class of 2028, and serves as a professional learning group facilitator for the Math 1B team. She was a recipient of the Noyce Scholarship award from Boston University (2021-2022). Madeline began her teaching journey in Alabama as a summer fellow with Breakthrough Collaborative, teaching geometry to rising 9th graders. She earned a BS in mathematics with a minor in education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and MAT in math education from Boston University.
