Nicole Russell is a 4th grade general elementary teacher at Avondale Meadows Academy (AMA) in Indianapolis, where she is also the Math Pentathlon program director for grades 1-5. During her first year at AMA, Nicole created the Super Star Scholar Ball to celebrate the students who maintained exemplary grades and exhibited leadership behavior throughout the year. Nicole previously taught 3rd and 5th grade at Andrew J Brown Academy in Indianapolis. Nicole graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS in Elementary Education.
