Noreen Treadway is a 3rd grade teacher at June Creek Elementary School in Edwards, Colorado, where she is also a mentor teacher for the school’s Internal Leadership Team and for Colorado Mountain College. Noreen serves as Treasurer on the Eagle County Education Association’s Executive Board and is on the Colorado Education Association’s Council on Policy and Professional Practice. She is a member of the district’s Teacher Leadership Committee and the 1338 Committee which focuses on teacher evaluation. Previously, Noreen was selected as a National Education Association/Teach Plus Future of the Profession Fellow and an America Achieves Colorado Educator Voice Fellow. She graduated with a BS in Business from Wake Forest University, with a MSEd in Elementary and Special Education from Queens College, and has earned a certificate in Education Leadership from Western Governors University.
