Kathleen Nycz is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and history teacher at Old Forge High School in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. She serves on school committees for curriculum development and remediation programming. Kathleen is a three-time participant in the national professional development seminar at Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge and a Joshua Chamberlain member of the organization. She earned a BS in secondary education history from Penn State University, MS in education from Wilkes University, and MA in history from Slippage Rock University.
