Erica Orozco is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Texas Early Childhood Educator Group Facilitator and Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellowship alumna. Erica teaches 6th grade English at Harmony School of Innovation in El Paso, Texas, where she leads Student Council and Spelling Bee clubs. Erica is an Along teacher leader, facilitating professional learning communities. She is a fellow with the Texas cohort of Leading Educators and has taught multiple grade levels for more than 10 years at the elementary and secondary levels. Erica has a BA in interdisciplinary studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, an M.Ed as an instructional specialist with a concentration in early childhood education, and Ed.D. in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University.
