Erica Orozco is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas 2nd Year Policy Fellow. She teaches 6th grade English at Harmony School of Innovation in El Paso, Texas, where she leads Student Council and Spelling Bee clubs. Erica is an Along teacher leader where she leads PLCs, is a current fellow with the Texas cohort of Leading Educators and has taught multiple grade levels, from elementary to secondary. Erica has been a teacher for more than 10 years. She graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a BA in interdisciplinary studies. She earned her MEd as a specialist and her EdD in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University.
