O’Sha L. Williams is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Rhode Island Teaching Policy Fellow. O’Sha teaches 9th grade English to emergent bilinguals at Dr. Jorge Alvarez High School in South Providence, RI. She serves on the school improvement team focusing on school policy supports for language learners. O’Sha is a member of RI EduLeaders of Color serving on their advisory committee and is a Teach For America Rhode Island alumna. O’Sha earned a BA in English and Education History & Policy from Brown University and a MEd from Rhode Island College with an emphasis on teaching speakers of other languages. She is completing an Urban Education Policy Masters at Brown University.
