Ryan Otero is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Mr. Otero is a 8th grade English and Language Arts teacher for IDEA Public Schools in El Paso on the U.S.-Mexico Border. He is the content lead and grade-level team lead at his campus. Ryan is a Fellow with the Texas Public Charter Schools Association and a CREED/PSI/El Paso Foundation Innovative Educator Fellow. Ryan holds a BA in Chicano Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso.
