Andrea Dilara Ozarowski is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is the District Elementary Math Instructional Coach for Harmony Public Schools in Austin,Texas. Dilara is responsible for providing observational feedback, holding bi-weekly data meetings with student work analysis, and conducting lesson preparation meetings with preK-5th grade teachers. She provides professional development for teachers and campus leaders and is a Core 4 Ambassador. Her work has been showcased to train leaders across Harmony districts. Dilara has a BA in mass communication and a MA in elementary education, both from Texas State University.
