Mehmet Ozgun is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. He is Dean of College and Career at Harmony Science Academy Houston, in Houston, Texas, collaborating with school faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program. Before moving to the United States in 2017, Mehmet worked in international schools in Europe, holding positions such as physics teacher, assistant principal, and principal. At Harmony Public Schools, he served as a science and engineering teacher and system curriculum leader. Mehmet holds a BA in physics from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an MA in management from International Burch University in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and Herzegovina.
