Reginald Paige is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow, and a chemistry teacher, NHS advisor, and tennis coach at West Side Leadership Academy in Gary, Indiana. Along with helping students master science concepts, he also works on several school committees focusing on improving the academic and social environment for the students and teachers. Reginald was instrumental in developing the curriculum for the science department and served as a leader for the PBIS program at West Side. Reginald was named Gary Community School Corporation High School Teacher of the Year (2019). Reginald has served as a mentor teacher for the Teacher Leadership Bootcamp’s 2nd cohort. He earned his BS in Chemistry from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana.
