Samantha Palacio is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Colorado Charter Policy Fellow and special education teacher at Rocky Mountain Prep SMART in Denver. She is an 11th grade team leader. Samantha earned her BA in computer science from Rhode Island College and teachers license through ASPIRE, a teacher preparation program at the University of Colorado, Denver.
