Pamela Criss is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Arkansas Senior Policy Fellow and a K-5 multi-site literacy instructional coach with the Little Rock School District. As a multi-site literacy coach, she helps improve literacy instruction and provides leadership for literacy across school communities. She previously served on the Principal’s Leadership Team, the school’s SBIT committee, and is a K-6th R.I.S.E. Trainer of Teachers with the Arkansas Department of Education. She earned her BSE in Early Childhood/Deaf Education from University of Arkansas at Little, MS in Rehab Counseling with an emphasis in deafness from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, MEd in Educational Leadership from Harding University and completed an ESOL Program of Study from Arkansas Tech University.
