Paige Passman is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Illinois Senior Policy Fellow and 1st grade inclusion teacher at Clinton Elementary in Chicago, Illinois. She has taught in grades K-3 in Missouri, Michigan, and Illinois. She has served on multiple instructional leadership teams focused on math, literacy, and SEL instruction. Paige is a National Board Certified Teacher and has mentored other teachers through the National Board process. She has also completed Chicago Foundation for Education’s Action Research Leadership Institute and led local and statewide professional development through conferences and workshops. Paige is a Golden Apple Award nominee and represented Chicago teachers at the White House in 2016 for National Teacher Day. As a Teach Plus alumna, she has provided feedback on ESSA legislation, testified before the Illinois House Education Committee, and has contributed to multiple op-eds, white papers, and research projects. Paige earned her BS in elementary education and MEd in Learning, Teaching, and Curriculum from the University of Missouri. She is currently a doctoral student at DePaul University in the Education Leadership Program.
