Alia Pope is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and 4th-grade teacher at eStem Public Charter Schools in Little Rock, Arkansas. She teaches math and science and serves as a grade-level team lead and district culture ambassador. Alia is a passionate educator and content creator who brings joy, energy, and culturally relevant content into the classroom. She is the host of “Chip Kids,” a PBS Kids digital web series that introduces children to microelectronics and STEM concepts through fun, hands-on exploration. Alia was named eStem Teacher of the Year (2022), Little Rock Community Teacher of the Year (2023), and Rainwater Holt & Sexton Teacher of the Year (2023). She earned her BA in middle-level education from Henderson State University.
