Joel Post is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and 7th grade geography and world cultures teacher at Kane Area Middle School in Kane, Pennsylvania. He serves as Science Olympiad coach, mentor teacher, and building representative for the Kane Area Education Association. Joel previously taught science, math, social studies, and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics for grades 5-8, and served as department chairperson. He earned a BS in education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, which is now part of Pennsylvania Western University.
