Juanita Price is a 2022-2023 Indianapolis Equity Change Agent, an MTSS coach, and racial equity coordinator at Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She focuses on developing and strengthening instructional practices during professional learning communities that support in educating and preparing the whole child to be productive contributors in society. During Indiana Black Expo’s African American Excellence Awards in 2019, Juanita was acknowledged. She began her teaching career in South Korea, and has taught students between kindergarten and fourth grade. As a Teach Plus Teaching Policy Fellow (2018-2019), she advocated for teacher leadership roles and attended a ceremonial bill signing. She earned her BA in Psychology from Fisk University and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle Tennessee State University.
