Noel Radcliffe-Marrs is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and 6-8 grade multilingual learner teacher at Forestdale School in Malden, Massachusetts. He serves on the Teacher Leadership Team. Noel previously taught kindergarten through 4th grade multilingual learners at Arlington Elementary School, served as director of administration and director of auxiliary programming at an independent international school, Head of School at OISE Boston and Stafford House, and began his career as an English language teacher in France. Noel was a 2024 Teach For America corps member and was invited by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to present at the Office of Language Acquisition Leadership Networks. He earned a BA in French and sociology from the University of Leeds, MEd in educational leadership and management from Fitchburg State University, and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in curriculum and teaching from Boston University.
