Kimberly Radostits is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow and is a junior/senior high school Spanish teacher and teacher mentor in Oregon. In addition to teaching Spanish, Kimberly leads a freshman mentoring program with the goal of keeping students on track for four year graduation and co-coordinates a district-wide New Teacher Academy. Kimberly was named an ASCD Emerging Leader in 2015 and Illinois Teacher of the Year in 2022. She is Nationally Board Certified in World Languages other than English. Kimberly earned her BA in Spanish Language and Literature and a teaching credential from Northern Illinois University and a MA in Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
