Janise Randle is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and middle school English language arts teacher leader at C.E. Hughes Elementary School in Chicago. She serves as a member of the Instructional Leadership Team and has mentored new teachers. Janise earned a BA in elementary education and master’s in special education from Chicago State University.
