De’Shawnna “Dana” Riley is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Aspire Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member. Dana is a 5th grade math teacher at Aspire Richmond Technology Academy in Richmond, California. Dana serves as the Pro-Black Coordinator and induction mentor on her campus. She has previously served as an after-school coordinator, lead teacher, PBIS committee member, and more. Dana graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in English and received her MA in teaching from Alliant International University.
