Robbie Foote is a biology teacher and technology specialist at Ben Davis University High School (BDU). In addition to teaching, Robbie coaches fellow teachers on maximizing the impact of technology in the classroom as well as oversees technology-driven, in-building professional development. Robbie also facilitates an after-school basketball program as well as an Eco Club with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. Robbie received a student-nominated “Seniors’ Choice Award” after each of his first two years of teaching. His position at BDU fulfills his lifelong belief in the efficacy of public schools and his passion to work with kids in a significant and rewarding capacity. Robbie earned a BA in Spanish and BS in Biology from Butler University, and an MA in Secondary Education from University of Indianapolis through the Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship.
