Paula Romig is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is Assistant Principal – Dean of Academics at Harmony School of Innovation in Euless, Texas, supporting teachers through coaching, reviewing data following assessments, conferencing with parents regarding their child’s academic performance, tracking grades and lesson plans, and serving as an instructional leader on campus. Before becoming an administrator, Paula taught 3rd grade math and science, 1st grade, and English as a second language (ESL), also serving as an ESL Coordinator. She holds a BA in early childhood education from Texas State University.
