Ronda is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow who teaches Chemistry and Forensics at Crown Point High School in Crown Point. Ronda is a Union Representative for the Crown Point Education Association and a member of the Continuous Improvement Committee. Ronda is a Master teacher at PNW QuarkNet Center which was honored by the Society of Innovators in 2017. She graduated from Purdue Northwest with a BS in Electrical Engineering, received her teaching certification through Purdue Northwest, an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction through Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master Certificate from Indiana Wesleyan University in Physics Education.
