Caroline Rose is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Leading Edge Educator Fellow. She is an 8th grade English language arts teacher at Boston Collegiate Charter School in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Caroline manages the Fund for Teaching Excellence to support innovation and promote retention of teachers within her school. Previously, she taught middle school Latin at a charter school in Washington D.C. She began her teaching career as a Fulbright ETA in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Caroline is a Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellowship alumna. She earned BAs in Black studies and classics at Amherst College and an MEd at Harvard Graduate School of Education in education leadership, organizations, and entrepreneurship. Caroline’s op-ed was published in the Dorchester Reporter.
