Rosemary Collins is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Mississippi Senior Policy Fellow and a Delta Health Alliance: Literacy Fellow, providing the greater Mississippi Delta area’s most vulnerable third graders with a targeted reading intervention aligned with the Mississippi Reading Gate exam. Rosemary Collins was nominated for teacher of the year in 2017, co-founded a nonprofit iBelieve: Leadership Program, and was invited to speak at the 2021 Aspen Idea Festival. Rosemary holds a BS and MEd.
