Lakima Ross is a 2025-2026 Mississippi Delta Change Agent, and educator and instructional coach at Leflore Legacy Academy in Greenwood, Mississippi. She fosters environments in which both educators and students can thrive. Previously, Lakima taught English language arts and Project Lead The Way. She is a Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellowship alumna (2022-2023) and participated in the Mississippi First Leadership Fellowship. Lakima earned a BA in English from Mississippi Valley State University, a MAT from Delta State University, and is taking courses toward a Specialist in Higher Education.
