Emilee Roy is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and 4th-grade literacy teacher at Lincoln Middle School in Lincoln, Arkansas. She leads grade-level meetings and daily planning sessions by guiding discussions, setting clear goals, and ensuring the team stays aligned on instructional priorities. Previously, Emilee worked as a paraprofessional at Lincoln, where she also coordinated the school’s chess club. She was recognized as Teacher of the Month (February 2022). Emilee earned her BA in organizational leadership with a child development concentration from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.
