Tiffany Ruffin is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow and a school counselor and social emotional learning lead at Langston Hughes Elementary in Roseland, Chicago. Tiffany supports teachers on information and delivery of social emotional learning activities as well as multi-tiered interventions for student support systems as an MTSS Lead. She earned a BS in education from Northern Illinois University. She also earned an MA in educational leadership and administration and an MA in School Counseling from Concordia University, Chicago.
