Courtney Russell is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and a high school special education teacher who teaches math, science, and life skills at The Academies at Jonesboro High School. She focuses on helping students transition out of high school and is the transition liaison for the new transition program. Courtney advises her school’s chapter of Key Club International and is a mentor and regular presenter for Lausanne Learning. Courtney earned her BA in History with a minor in political science at Lyon College and her MSE in Special Education 4-12 at Arkansas State University.
