Samantha Griffith is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellow. Samantha teaches in Indianapolis at Christel House DORS, a program for adults 18 and older to receive a high school diploma. She is the lead math teacher for DORS and leads the Student Leadership Council. Previously, Samantha was a high school algebra 1 and geometry teachers. Samantha received the 2017 Alumni Award for Excellence in Teaching from Teach For America and the 2018 Sontag Prize in Urban Education. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Mathematics and received her MA in Teaching from Marian University.
