Sarah Hartman is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Nevada Teaching Policy Fellow. Sarah teaches 2nd and 3rd grade at Elaine Wynn Elementary School in Las Vegas. Sarah is a member of the TNTP Lead Nevada Academy cohort and a previous member of the Nevada Leadership in Educational Equity cohort. Sarah became a teacher after volunteering and advocating for quality instructional equity at Milwaukee urban schools. She graduated from Marquette University with a BS in political science and received her MEd in elementary education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
