Edgar Saucedo-Davila is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow and an 8th grade Spanish teacher at Goshen Junior High School in Goshen, Indiana. He focuses on teaching teenagers in the area of Spanish communication, culture, and cultural competence. Edgar was an instructional coach for world language teachers and English learners teachers. He was also department head for the world language department. Edgar has been an adjunct professor at Goshen College, instructing the CAPSTONE course for the English Language Learners Endorsement Program. Edgar also has been serving in the Latino Advisory Committee for Goshen College now that they have been named a Hispanic Serving Institute (HSI). Edgar earned a BA in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) as well an MA in intercultural leadership from Goshen College.
