Kristina Schwind is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is the Dean of Student Culture at Harmony Science Academy in Euless, Texas. Kristina started working for Harmony Public Schools in 2012 and has been in education for 17 years. She began her career working in Irving Independent School District and then Prosper Independent School District as a high school science teacher. Kristina was a science teacher for one year at Harmony Science Academy in Carrollton before moving into administration in 2013. She loves working for Harmony, as she feels like she is part of a family. She has been an Assistant Principal of Operations and Finance; Testing, Federal Programs, and STEM Coordinator; Dean of Student Culture; and District Student Culture Coordinator. Kristina holds a BS in biology from the University of North Texas and a MA in technology leadership from Lamar University.
