Scott Frank is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Texas Senior Policy Fellow who teaches IB History of the Americas and AP Psychology at IDEA Frontier College Preparatory in Brownsville, Texas. Scott sponsors his campus’s Model United Nations and UIL Social Studies clubs. He is a distinguished Master Teacher at IDEA Public schools and is committed to bringing quality education to all students. Prior to teaching in Texas, Scott taught abroad in Kosovo and Germany. Scott received his BA in History and Secondary Education from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.
