Darlene Seeley is a 9th grade teacher at Moises E. Molina High School in Dallas, Texas. She spent the last four years focusing on improving literacy and equity for students as the campus coordinator for the Institute For Learning Grant, and data-driven instruction as the Instructional Lead Teacher for English at W. T. White High School. Over the past few years, Darlene has been team lead and the Instructional Lead Teacher, among other leadership roles. Darlene was named Rookie Teacher of The Year (2015-2016) and W. T. White’s Teacher of The Year (2020-2021). Darlene is a member of the local chapter of NEA and the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. She earned her BA in English with a secondary-educator certification from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
