Anthony Segura is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Anthony is a preschool special education teacher in an inclusion program at Hyatt Elementary in San Jacinto, California. Anthony was a mentor to student teachers getting their credential in early childhood special education for three years. He was an adjunct child and adolescent development professor at California State University, Northridge, teaching a senior capstone class. Anthony is a National Board Certified Teacher: Exceptional Needs Specialist. He earned his BA in child development as well as his MA and teaching credential in early childhood special education from California State University, Northridge.
