Shane Van Horn is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Change Agent. Shane teaches 6th grade math at Washington Irving School. He was previously responsible for a teacher turnaround team in charge of a math team from 3rd to 6th grade. Shane was nominated for the Hubbard Life Changing Educator Award and runs a a model classroom for the district math team. He graduated from Indiana Purdue University of Indianapolis with a BA in elementary education and a MA from Marian University in Educational Leadership.
