Shari Hicks is a Teach Plus New Mexico Teaching Policy Fellow. Shari is a life skills teacher at Military Heights in Roswell, New Mexico and is her school’s representative on the Superintendent Advisory Committee. She graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a BA in Special Education k-12 with a dual minor in History and Reading.
