Shauntell Dunbar is a 2020-2021 Teach Plus Commonwealth Senior Policy Fellow in her third year. She is an Instructional Coach and was a classroom teacher for five years. Shauntell is passionate about supporting educators in developing and enhancing their craft and advocating for students’ equitable education. Shauntell has served in various leadership positions within Boston Public Schools, such as Lead Teacher, Recruitment Fellow, New Teacher Thriving Facilitator, Accelerated Community To Teacher Instructor, and Teacher Leadership Working Group. She is currently working on her CAGS in Curriculum and Teaching at Boston University.
